Some weddings feel straight out of a storybook and Bailey & Austen’s day at the Disney’s Wedding Pavilion and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort was every bit the modern fairytale.
This celebration blended elegance, magic, and deeply meaningful family moments, turning their long-awaited wedding day into an unforgettable experience not just for them, but for their three beautiful daughters as well. And for Honeycomb Films, documenting the entire weekend through Content Creation was pure joy.
Bailey and Austen actually found Honeycomb just one month before their wedding, thanks to a recommendation from their Disney Fairy Tale Weddings planner and from the moment we connected, everything clicked. It felt like such a natural fit the kind of match that reminds us why we love what we do! We are so very thankful for the recommendation from such an amazing team.
A Warm Welcome Party at Summer Patio — Grand Floridian Resort
The wedding weekend began on a perfect Florida evening at the Summer Patio at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. Friends and family gathered outdoors for a relaxed dinner, kicking off the celebration with laughter, tons of photos, and plenty of Disney charm.
Before the festivities, we photographed a stunning sunset family session on resort grounds. The three girls twirled around in matching Cinderella-blue dresses — the sweetest nod to the princess who would appear again later in their weekend — and the photos turned out absolutely magical.

Getting Ready: The Grand Suite at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort
Bailey spent her wedding morning in the Grand Suite on Club Level at the Grand Floridian, one of the most beautiful and spacious rooms on property. This is one of the most amazing suites on property.
One of our favorite moments from the entire day was watching her daughter absolutely light up when she saw her mom step into her wedding gown. Those sweet, intimate moments are what we love capturing most.
A Cinderella Entrance: Arriving to the Wedding Pavilion
Bailey’s carriage moment deserves its own moment!
She arrived at the Disney Wedding Pavilion in Cinderella’s Carriage, pulled by beautiful white ponies. She was the only person to ride in the carriage to the ceremony, making it completely her moment. She was living her princess moment!
After the ceremony, she and Austen shared the carriage together to enjoy an exclusive fairytale moment just for the two of them.

Inside the Disney Wedding Pavilion, the atmosphere was breathtaking. The floral design was, without question, some of the most extraordinary décor we have ever seen at a Disney wedding. Lush arrangements wrapped around the iconic picture window, framing Cinderella Castle in the distance. The arch-style floral design instantly became one of our all-time favorites overflowing with texture and romantic elegance.
The ceremony itself was intimate, timeless, and emotional as Bailey & Austen exchanged vows surrounded by their closest loved ones.
Convention Center Reception
The reception took place at the newly renovated Grand Floridian Convention Center.
The décor was next-level:

✨ Romantic uplighting
It felt fresh, elevated, and beautifully cohesive with the overall Disney fairytale aesthetic. Guests enjoyed a plated dinner, a lively dance floor, and unique entertainment including a full mirror photo booth and caricature artists (a major hit with adults and kids!) The evening felt equal parts glamorous, magical, and joyful.
Character Appearances
A Storybook Moment: Cinderella & Snow White Make a Special Appearance
A highlight of the night was the appearance of Cinderella and Snow White. Instead of walking around the ballroom, the characters had their own themed backdrop inspired by their films. Guests lined up to take photos with them, making the evening feel SO magical.
Mickey & Minnie and a Fireworks Finale to Remember
The magic didn’t stop there. Later in the night, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse made a surprise appearance at the dessert party in Whitehall. Guests of all ages, especially Bailey & Austen’s daughters, got to take dozens of photos with them.
Mickey & Minnie were incredibly interactive and truly so adorable!
After the reception ended, the celebration continued with a private fireworks viewing. Although the original event was rained out, the couple was still able to head to the Grand Floridian Marina, where guests watched the fireworks reflect off Seven Seas Lagoon.

From the Cinderella carriage to the unforgettable princess moments, from the breathtaking floral arch to the sparkle of the crystal-filled reception, every detail was extraordinary.
