Aubrey and Joseph’s are the perfect match for a Disney wedding day. Their relationship is full of joy and connection, and their wedding was a beautiful reflection of just that.


Engagement Session

Before their magical wedding day, I had the pleasure of meeting Aubrey and Joseph and capturing their engagement session at Disney’s Grand Floridian. Despite the chillier than normal weather (for Florida), they were absolute troopers. Laughing, snuggling, and just having so much fun as our fingers turned blue - ha! The cooler weather created a soft, glowing light that made their photos even more stunning.



Rehearsal Dinner & Epcot Firework Party

The night before the wedding, Aubrey and Joseph hosted an EPCOT firework dessert party rehearsal dinner that started with a couples session at the Grand Floridian, capturing a few more intimate moments before the wedding excitement. Then, we joined them at Italy Isola in EPCOT for an Italian dinner and fireworks with their closest friends and family. It was a perfect evening filled with laughter, love, and relaxed joy that set the tone for the whole wedding weekend. I just love a firework party... they have this calm feel to them that is so unique for a wedding weekend. It's a great way to be outside and connect with loved ones without the formalities of a wedding reception.



What We Loved About Aubrey & Joe's Disney Wedding

Aubrey and Joseph chose Disney’s Wedding Pavilion for their ceremony, located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.


Every detail of this wedding was thoughtful and timeless. Though flat lay photos are some of my favorites because they showcase those little details, their wedding day was full of special touches and details. I loved the special touch of Disney Celebration buttons and even their Cast Member name tags from their time in the Disney College Program.


Aubrey and Joseph chose to share a first look at the fountain of Disney’s Grand Floridian, a moment that was so sweet and intimate. And one of my favorite things about this whole moment? They decided to hold off on kissing each other for the day and wait for the first kiss as husband and wife.


Adding in the first look allowed for us to get photos with family and wedding party pre-cermony (saving time after the ceremony for couple's portraits!) Of course this time also included those iconic Grand Staircase photos in the lobby of the Grand Floridian.


Because we worked together before the wedding and built extra time into their timeline, we were able to capture an abundance of portraits in the pavilion. Creating space for photos leads to some of the best, most relaxed couple's portraits, while allowing us to take our time and set up each shot perfectly. AND they had bonus time to be able to get over to Pre-Reception with time to bustle, grab a bite to eat, and say hello to some family.


heir dance floor was one of the most packed and lively we’ve ever seen, with guests dancing for hours. Aubrey even switched into a short dancing dress! It was pure joy from start to finish, the perfect ending to their fairytale day. Of course, the night was capped off with a private last dance which was just perfect for these two to soak in the final moments together just the two of them.


As their photo and video team, one of our favorite parts of the day was watching Aubrey and Joseph pause and soak everything in. They fully embraced every moment and it was just so sweet to watch. Usually a wedding day can get lost in a bit of the hustle and bustle - but I loved how they made it intentional to stop and pause and just soak it in together.
