Weddings at Walt Disney World are always magical, but Larissa and Vito’s day brought an extra element of fun: a full-on hidden Mickey hunt. From start to finish, their wedding was a joyful celebration of love, Disney magic, and timeless moments shared with family and friends who traveled far to celebrate with them.
A Disney BoardWalk Engagement Session
Before their wedding day, we had the joy of photographing Larissa and Vito’s engagement session at Disney’s BoardWalk. With its charming waterfront, pastel-colored buildings, and playful energy, the BoardWalk was the perfect setting to celebrate their love. From romantic strolls along the water to laughter-filled moments in front of the vintage signage, their session was a preview of the magic to come. Just like their wedding day, little Disney touches and their shared love for the parks shone through every photo.
Getting Ready at the Grand Floridian
Larissa and Vito started their wedding day getting ready in standard rooms at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. These bright, elegant rooms set the tone for the day and were filled with sweet moments with their loved ones.
Ceremony at Disney's Wedding Pavilion
When it came time to say “I do,” the couple walked down the aisle at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion. This iconic venue, with its stunning views of Cinderella Castle, made for the perfect backdrop.
One of the sweetest highlights? Vito’s face when he saw Larissa walking down the aisle. That moment, full of emotion, love, and excitement, is one you'll want to watch their Feature Film and see!
Wedding Theme: Mickey Mouse
From the very beginning, Larissa and Vito planned their wedding day with one clear theme: Mickey Mouse. Everywhere you looked, there was a Mickey touch waiting to be found.
Guests were delighted as they noticed Mickeys in unexpected places, even the croutons on the salad were shaped like Mickey! The décor, the details, and the playful design of the day turned the celebration into a true hidden Mickey scavenger hunt. Including Larissa's bouquet with Mickey Ears and even Mickey and Minnie as special guests THREE times throughout the evening!

Reception at the Grand Floridian Convention Center
After the ceremony, guests were welcomed into a lively reception at Disney’s Convention Center. The room was filled with laughter, dancing, and more surprises than anyone could have expected.
The biggest delight of all? Mickey and Minnie Mouse themselves made three different appearances throughout the night! Each entrance was greeted with cheers, dancing, and plenty of photos.
Dessert Party & Fireworks
Midway through the evening, Larissa and Vito treated their guests to a private dessert party complete with the Happily Ever After fireworks show. Watching Disney’s fireworks explode above Cinderella Castle with (Mickey shaped) snacks in hand was the perfect way to celebrate.
From memorized vows to surprise character visits, from Mickey-shaped details to dazzling fireworks, Larissa and Vito’s wedding day was full of Disney magic. It was a day brimming with smiles, glitter, and a whole lot of Mickeys.
